Safety instructions
Please read this manual carefully before using the wireless remote control system. The manual is applicable to the safety of the wireless remote control system Installation, commissioning and maintenance.
Application
★ Wireless remote control system is used to control the machine and data transmission, please follow the occupational safety instructions when using.
★ Do not use the wireless remote control system in areas with explosion risks.
Starting remote control system

1. Put the charged battery into the battery slot on the back of the transmitter;
2. Release the emergency stop switch;
3. Turn on the power switch, the transmitter will make a "di" sound when it is turned on;

4. Connect the power terminal of the receiver to the 12-36V DC power supply;
5. After the transmitter and receiver are connected to the signal, the wireless communication indicator light of the receiver is steady on.
Batteries and chargers
Battery
The actual capacity of the battery depends on the delivery time, service time and ambient temperature, and will decrease with the increase of service times. The battery capacity will decrease rapidly when the operating temperature is lower than 0ºCor higher than 40ºC. 
Notes: 
★ For the battery stored for more than 3 months, please fully fill before using, three to five times after charging the battery capacity reach to Optimum
★ Please charge the battery in the range of 0-40ºC and store the battery at normal temperature. 
Rational use of batteries, charging times more than 300.

Universal remote control type selection instructions
Universal remote control refers to the control of any one of the four remote controls of Sy, Zoomlion, Xugong and Foton boom pump trucks. By controlling the remote control, you can switch to the corresponding model.
Switching method 
Without display screen
1. The transmitter and receiver are normally powered on, the boom handle is in the middle position, and the communication is normal:
2. Press the "emergency stop" button, then press the "Start" button once, and press the button "Start + Flame out" on the side of the button of "Displacement +" at the same time.
3. After the button is effective, the transmitter is in the switching mode. Press the side button to select the model, and the "left swing cylinder" key will select Sy, the indicator light flashes red once, green once,"Right swing cylinder" key selects Zoomlion, the indicator light flashes red once, green twice; "Flame out" key select Xugong, the indicator light flashes red once, green three times; If the "Start" key select Foton, the indicator light flashes red once and green four times.
4, After the selection, press the "horn" key to save the Settings, restart the effect.
With display screen
1. The transmitter and receiver are normally powered on, the boom handle is in the middle position, and the communication is normal;
2. On any interface of the remote control screen, press the "emergency stop" button and press the four combination keys on the right side: "Start + ringing + automatic arm extension + automatic arm extension" to enter the model selection interface;
3, In the model selection interface, press the "swing cylinder" key to select the type. Press the "Menu" key to confirm the type. Gray displays setting succeeded.
Universal remote control boom current setting instructions
Setting current refers to the type of pump that sets the current of the boom through the receiver PWM pulse
Setting method 
Without display screen

2. Press the combination key, "Left swing + right swing + Start", enter the boom adjustment mode, and the LED indicators of the transmitter flash alternately:
3. Push the boom handles that needs to be adjusted up and down, press the "left swing cylinder" key to increase the current, "right swing cylinder" key to reduce the current, and press the "horn" key to save the Settings.
With display screen
1. The transmitter and receiver are normally powered on, the boom handle is in the middle position, and the communication is normal;
2, Press "Menu" to enter the diagnostic-debugging interface, press the combination key "swing cylinder + brightness adjustment + start + ringing", the display screen will display "adjusting boom .......".
3. Push the boom handles that needs to be adjusted up and down, press the "Start" key to increase the current, the "ringing" key to reduce the current, and press the "swing cylinder " key to save the Settings.
Note: Push the boom handle to the bottom to adjust the maximum value, slightly push the boom handle to the minimum value of action adjustment
Indicator light
Transmitter: Turn on the transmitter, the indicator light of the transmitter flashes twice and goes off, the transmitter is not connected with the receiver Signal: The transmitter flashes and disappears, the transmitter and the receiver are connected with the signal; Transmitter red light is blinking. Battery is dead.
Receiver: Receiver panel four lights, "Power", "Emergency Stop", Wireless communication ", bus data ".
 

The power	The power adapter connects to the 12-32VDC power supply, and the indicator is on
Emergency stop	The receiver power is energized, not connected to the transmitter signal, indicator light on

Fault diagnosis

problem	causes
The remote control cannot be turned on	check whether the battery is incorrectly installed and whether the battery electrode is rusty, resulting in poor contact
The remote control indicator blinks three times and goes off. The boom cannot be moved	check whether the boom handle is broken, resulting in self-protection of the system
The remote control indicator blinks continuously	Check whether the wireless module of the transmitter falls off
The remote control communication distance is short.	Check whether the antenna of the transmitter is broken and the antenna of the receiver is struck by lightning
